Dear Lactnetters-
I distinctly remember my middle child's weaning at two. I was several
months pregnant, and had just had a severe illness (later diagnosed as adult
onset stills disease or juvenile arthritis) with fevers for over a month.
My two year old climbed into bed next to me, started nursing, then
pulled off and said, "No more milk, Mom." And ran off to play.
And that was that. Sigh.
