Dear Lactnetters:
I am forwarding info.re: proposed BF legislation in California that has been authored
by Dario Frommer, with strong support from the Machinist union. Help is needed to testify
in support of the bill, from lactation /health professionals, since thus far there has been
some opposition from the California Chamber of Commerce.
for text of bill go to:
www.assembly.ca.gov
click left hand side "legislation"
enter bill AB 1025
I have not kept up with my mail for some time, so if this info has already gone out, please forgive me.
The time hearings begins is at 1:30 p.m., on Weds. 4/18. Most likely this bill will not be presented until
2:00 or 2:30.
