Another anecdotal no.

My 3rd child had a pretty good case of them at 9 months. She had been
exclusively breastfed for nearly 8 months, was taking only a bit of solids
and was still breastfeeding frequently, even several times at night. She
was quite uncomfortable and I spent a couple of nights walking her in the
night air as it was the only thing that seemed to help calm her.

My 5th child contracted them at 4 months. He was exclusively breastfed --
not a bit of complemetary anything. He had a lot of spots and a low fever,
but didn't seem terribly uncomfortable. It was over Christmas time. He and
my 4th child both had them, so we have some interesting Christmas pictures.
I watched my 3rd child to see if she would get them again since I'd heard if
they get them as babies they might not be immune, but she didn't get them.
