My name is Marian Rigney and I am the mother of 5 sons--all breastfed.
I am a registered nurse and work in a Special Care Nursery.  I have also had
extensive experience in NICU.  I have been a regular reader of Lactnet over
the last few weeks and have found it very interesting. I am also undertaking
an internet course on Lactation.I am interested to find out whether other
nurseries have a formal policy regarding the suitability of breastfeeding
and mothers using illicit IV amphetamines.  I have been looking but unable
to find recent formal research in this area.
