Azythromycin is a erythromycin-like antibiotic and is used in the pediatric population. It is OK with BF. I have used it successfully with a mom with mastitis who was allergic to penicillin, etc. It doesn't seem to cause the stomach upsets that erythromycin does.

Because there are so many new drugs becoming available, those of you with Hale's that are 1-2 years old may find them outdated. I use mine so often that I just order the new editions as they become available.
