To repeat what is in the archives:
Domperidone will never be available in the USA because the company already
has a similar drug, the market for it's use in Lactation is too small, and
they do not want to spend the money to do the testing the FDA requires. When
I called the company, and spoke with the gentlemen responsible for the
decision, he indicated that there had been 2 deaths in adults in the distant
past which were unrelated to the drug's current usage.
