Baby is obviously gaining well but you haven't mentioned if baby is fussy or
content. If baby is happy & gaining & the tests for a proloactinoma turn out
negative (I don't even know what that is) then this is what I have always
heard referred to as a laundry problem not a health problem. My own
children had varying degree of spit-up -seemed to increase with each child
so the last was quite abundant & embarrassing at times. But I used to
babysit a friend's breastfed infants & they used to do what I called
floodspits - it was like a waterfall & really alarmed my husband as it
literally poured off the change table like a waterfall. I had to tell him
not to worry that all of S- children were like that & they all gained well,
were happy, slept well, etc.
