I remember when my daughter first got a doll with the accompanying
bottle.  She looked at it for some time, then decided it did have
something to do with eating, so she proceeded to put it in the dolls
mouth briefly, remove it, "dip" it into her imaginary food and then
put it back in the dolls mouth for a second or two.  She apparantly
thought it was the strangest shaped spoon she'd ever seen!
