There are a handful of IBCLCs in the UK, but they work in the health
service (usually - I don't know of any who work in private practice).
Mothers in the UK are legally entitled to midwifery care up to 28
days (and sometimes more) pp,  so this mother can call a midwife if
she wants to.

In addition, she can also contact one of the volunteer groups.
