Although I have never come across this particular feeding issue, I do know a
woman (socially not professionally) who was giving both of her children the
Phenobarbital prescribed for her infant because "They sleep so good!"

You really know which parents are uneducated about risks, unless you ask! (Or
happen to witness the risky behavior)
