Roni ... Interesting information about so few of us having been breast fed
ourselves. I, too, had a similar encounter at the b/f class I attended
prior to my daughter's birth. In a class of about 12 women, only two of us
had our male partners attend the class ... mine and an oriental woman.
The rest of the women attended "unsupported". The most interesting part of
it was that, of the whole class, only three had been breast fed as infants
themselves. The two men and the oriental woman! The instructer noted that
women who have supportive partners tend to b/f longer. (am still b/fing 21
months later!) Thanks for your comments!
Sincerely, Jodi
