Really glad my brief mention has caused all this interest!
Yes, it is an excellent, authoritative guide on what we do know, and
just as important, what we *don't* know.
I especially like the tables that make up about half the book - clear
summaries of the research quoted in the main text. I only wish it had
an index....
The guides to practice are very good.
And yes, the 'new' definition of 'good' breastfeeding as 'pain-free,
effective feeding' is extremely useful.
