That's true, to a degree. But if they are going to do a piece on
sustained breastfeeding anyway, it's far better to have it populated by
articulate, thoughtful lactation professsionals and mothers than
...well... other possible interview sources ;-)
I would suggest having a long talk with the producer about your
concerns prior to agreeing to the interview. You will get a good feel
for her idea for the piece via this conversation. Then you can decide
whether to participate.
I *loved* the NYTimes piece, by the way.
