Or BF reduces risk......it is purely a semantic question and to be blunt I
think we are all using energy pointlessly since I would say we are all on
the same side!

As assessed in what way? This is the bit I find unproven...if you can prove
it then I will be delighted as it will strengthen my lectures a powerful
deal....
