Our hospital bases our NICN policy for milk collection and storage on the one published by The Human Milk Banking Association.  Recommendations For Collection, Storage, and Handling  of a Mother's Milk for Her Own Infant in the Hospital Setting  I just purchased their newest edition, but I can't remember where we ordered it from. Perhaps someone else on the list knows...
