If this "Sex and Breastfeeding" thing was a social marketing campaign it
would be based on thorough, target audience based research. After the
research, materials would be developed according to those findings and then
pretested with the target audience and revised accordingly. It would not be
done according to what the gate-keepers might "think" their population is
interested in.
