Did this mother receive salbutamol/ventolin to inhibit labour? We restrict
fluid intake in our mum's on ventolin to avoid pulmonary edema. I'm not as
up to scratch as I could be on the physiology involved, but I would imagine
that perhaps this could be responsible for the fluid shift resulting in
engorgement. The physicians on the list might be better able to advise
