>Instant Support for Breastfeeding Mums: NCT Opens Brand New
Breastfeeding Line<
I imagine that NCT did their research on this new phone line, so I was
interested to phone and hear the recorded message callers receive before
being put through. The caller has to press various keys ('press one if you
are a first time caller '[when you get asked to leave your name and address
for an info pack], and 'if you are in distress and need emergency assitance
press the hash key twice now'). This type of recorded message is a first
for a UK breastfeeding service, so I wondered what other charities -- or
businesses -- do. Do you find people are happy to leave personal details?
Do you find distressed callers will choose that type of option? What kind
of recorded messages -- and how long -- and how many options -- are out
there in other countries?
