Hi...I really did look in Riordan and Auerbach for the prolactin count, but
apparently not in the right place. I finally found it. For a mom 180 days
pp, the mean prolactin level is 44 ng/ml. My patient's level is 82.3 ng/ml.
Believe it or not, I've only had one other patient with this and it was
years ago. I'll let you know how it works out. I'm referring her for an
ultrasound.
