I don't have much info on this but recently a mother I was working with
mentioned that she had 2 friends who experienced a diminished milk supply
after Depo (not given soon after birth but later, maybe at 2-3 months
postpartum). Both of them had success getting their milk supply back using
Reglan. Maybe worth a try.( Sorry I don't have any details as to dosage or
how long it took to see supply return.)
