bad bottle, or is it always like this?

I've never used it orally - wouldn't know what dilution to use.
However, applied topically and diluted 1:10 with a carrier oil such as
sweet almond oil, it certainly prevents cold sores getting to that
awful crusty stage. My partner used some last month and the cold sore
was gone within 24 hours.

Jessica .... Great idea for the cold sore!! For an infant, I would suggest
a carrier oil of Apricot Kernal Oil or Grapeseed Oil. Sweet Almond Oil is
too high on the allergy scale! This may be common knowledge or common sense
. Just my two cents! Have a blessed day!
