Can anyone explain the mechanism behind the frequent nursings point above (I
understand the prolactin increase in the overnight nursings - is it the same
thing? If so then wouldn't prolactin levels remain elevated longer?)

Sorry I'm not following, please explain why this might be effective? Anyone
else think so? physiologically?
