Astonishment and indignation over the fact that a baby in day care was given
another mother's milk assumes that this is a rare occurence. I wouldn't
necessarilly make that assumption. Although AIDS transmission via brmilk
hysteria, most likely, diminishes the incidence, my guess is that this
happens much more frequently than is reported.
The fact that this particular daycare acknowledged the mistake would be a
positive in my eyes.
