I agree and might also add that you suggest to the Mom that she ask the
nutritionist for HER references. This puts the burden of proof back where it
should be! (I know, I know, I sound a lot like Dr. Jack!) If this
nutritionist does attempt to provide Mom with the references, then perhaps
she'll inadvertently educate herself in the process!
It does sound as if Mom might be very interested in exploring the data
surrounding these issues but unfortunately I don't have the studies to cite.
If she has internet access, perhaps she herself can conduct a search.
