The problem as I understand it is that this isn't what happens. What
happens is the outer milk is super-heated and when the bottle is swirled
the super-hot milk mixes with the cool milk to make the room temperature
milk. This is why we have all learned as we learned to cook with
microwaves to always stop and mix things. Outer parts cook first.
Microwaves are wrong for formula for a similar reason. It gets parts of
the bottle too hot and then those parts are nutritionally compromised (even
further).
