Rose: There is a device called the EVERT-IT, from Maternal Concepts. I
believe LLLI sells it on their website. No, I don't have any commercial
interest in this. I have used it successfully for helping moms with flat or
inverted nipples, but it is pricey (IMHO). It is most useful in moms who
are less than thrilled about Hoffman's technique or who can't master it. I
have found that there are moms who would rather use a device than their own
hands:( I much prefer teaching them that it's okay to touch their own
bodies, but that isn't for everyone.
