You know I usually tell moms that they can eat what they want for the most
part and to just watch their baby's cues. I have personally had one child
that had a gassy tummy when I ate large amounts of chocolate (it's me, the
milk drinker!). It was around Easter time that we discovered it, one child
who didn't enjoy life when I ate too much garlic (I am Italian), and now the
youngest seems also get mad with large amounts of chocolate.
I too believe that science shows that foods shouldn't affect the baby.... so
maybe it's all in our heads? lol. :O)
