find the systematic review to evalute interventions to promote the
initiation of breastfeeding.  The authors come from Leeds MIRU (include
Woolridge and Renfrew) -- the evaluation of stuides is international.

This is a sort of companion to the recent 'Enabling Women to Breastfeed'
which evaluated all the research on what promotes duration, satisfaction,
etc.
