Yes, "nose first" was wrong. "No nose first" was what it should have
been.
We now have "Ear" for E, or it could be "Enough (areola, breast, milk
transfer, access) -- but I suppose that would mean judging that "this is
enough" -- too many people decide arbitrarily that the baby has had
enough as it is. Let's keep trying!
