One of my clients ordered the "Double-Up" or "Nurture 111" pump from the
States. She made an audio-tape of the Lactina before she returned it so
she could try and simulate the same rhythm. She brought the pump to my
office one day to demonstrate it. Compared to the rental pumps I was not
impressed. The Mom said it was OK as long as she didn't have to use it
too much, and as long as the baby didn't distract her while pumping
because then she would not keep the rhythm and pressure consistant. For a
Mom with a well-developed milk supply and no problems it would probably be
fine.
