From the letter to an uninformed pediatrician:

"As a child nurses less, the fat composition of the human milk actually
increases to account for the less frequent nursing."

The above statement is incorrect.  Nursing frequency and fat content are
positively correlated -- the more frequent the nursing, the higher the fat
content of the milk.  See Michael Woolridge's chapter in "Breastfeeding:
Biocultural Perspectives" for an explanation.
