Fredrickson did a study looking at rates of SIDS and duration of
breastfeeding, showing that for every month of exclusive bf, the rate of
SIDS decreased by 50%.  He mentions it briefly in his commentary chapter for
the book -- it is discussed more fully by McKenna and Bernshaw, along with
other studies.
