The mumbo jumbo about safe formula in the US is just that "mumbo jumbo".
There is *no* increased risk of passing the virus to the baby through
breastfeeding, so that approach is ridiculous.  That was proved many years
ago, before immunoglobulin and immunization were available.

The baby can start breastfeeding immediately.  He does not need to wait to
get the injections.
