Hi Debi. Thank you for your input. I would also be interested to hear how
other professional IBCLCs manage their time and phone work.
I have long since realized that not only does it do my patients a
disservice if I try to trouble shoot on the phone, but it also does me and
my family a huge disservice. I am no longer willing to sacrifice my time,
my books, my kids, my house, my garden, and all the other things in life
that make it balanced.
I also do my patients a disservice by "shooting in the dark." I might miss.
Not a good idea from anyone's perspective.
