Chris, I won't even begin to try to match your references ( you are so
awesome!), but in response to the question about what countries use human
milk to treat illness, well, the U. S. does!  My info comes from the
newsletters from the Denver Mother's Milk Bank.  Each newsletter gives
updates of milk recipients, including older children AND adults.  Colitis,
cancer, organ transplants...the list goes on.  Some of the babies receive
human milk  for years.  Hail to the healing power of mother's milk!  I
believe the address for the Denver bank and others is in the archives.
