There is little impact on breastfeeding in that the hormones of lactation are
produced by the posterior pituitary gland and if a woman can be pregnant, she
probably can lactate. The part about getting pregnant requires ovarian
hormones and that's another story. Please check the archives for this topic;
I recall discussing this several times recently with the thread being
"weaning" for fertility treatments.
