I have had great success with treating vasospasms--whether from Raynauds,
yeast or FMS--with niacin, fish oil, malic acid, magnesium, and calcium
(these last three come as a combo). Usually I start with just the niacin,
but be careful about flushing. Some women will experience flushing and need
to work up to a therapeutic dose. IF niacin alone doesn't work, I then go
with all the rest as to not wear out the mother's patience.
