Dear Friends:
    There has been an interesting range of comments about the logs that
mothers use to keep track of how many feeds, pees and poops.
    Another advantage, if the mother is the type of person to keep a log, is
that it offers a way to collect data for breastfeeding research, which our
profession could use. Avoids recall bias.
