Hello Lactnetters,
I wanted to share an encouraging -- for a change! -- comment from a
nonlactating layperson. My new neighbor was telling me about her recent
vacation to Amsterdam (where she used to live), and she was describing how
healthy all the people she saw seemed. She added, "And they all have such
beautiful teeth, because they're all breastfed over there." !! What makes
this comment so great is that she recently moved in, hardly knows me, and has
no idea how "into" breastfeeding I am -- so presumably she would have made
this matter-of-fact comment to anyone!
