>I looked it up on Amazon, here is what is says , sounds a little like
>Babywise to me, has anyone actually read it?

a few quotes from an article on her and the book out of the March 2001
Canadian Living Magazine i got in the mail the other day....the article is
entitled "Parenting made E.A.S.Y."

in reference to breastfeeding:
"Feeding him every hour or so, i explained, meant that she had to be
misinterpeting his cues. No normal baby needs to eat every hour."

in reference to AP:
"on the opposite side, representing the currently more popular view, are the
following the baby advocates, who tell mums to feed "on demand", a term
which speaks for itself - you end up with a demanding baby. Proponents of
this doctrine believe that to have a welladjusted child, you have to met his
every need, which if followed slavishly, translates into giving up your own
life."

in reference to bfíng to sleep:
"I've seen parents put their infants to bed right after eating, often
because the baby falls asleep on the breast or the bottle. i don't advise
this for 2 reasons. One, the baby becomes dependent on the bottle or the
breast and soon needs it to fall asleep. Two, do you want to sleep after
every meal?"

all i have to say is YUCK :(
