Thanks so much for this info. So there IS a rationale for giving formula and
suspending breastfeeding. Of course, one could still argue at what level to
do this and the risk vs benefit of introducing formula and jeopardizing bf.
However, it seems if this is going to be done, then there would be several
advantages (other than cost) to using an elemental formula.
