Hello Lactnetters,
I have just come from a meeting at Quettas Ministry of Health, in which the
statistics for infant mortality were mind boggling. I was interested to know
more of neonatal tetanus which was listed as a big killer and ways that one
can help prevent it by antenatal education and post natal care. I met two
birth attendants and was asked to join the resources team. This topic I have
had little to do with- can any body fill the gaps with ideas.
I would appreciate it. Have not found much on the sits I have browsed.
Thanks in anticapation,
Robyn J. Aulmann, RN.RM.
