Hi Helen...Additionally, after hearing Peter Hartmann speak recently, I do
not hold much store in anything called "hindmilk/foremilk" imbalance. That
is a nebulous term that I used to use, even, but which I now know means
pretty much nothing...the complexities and intracacies of milk production
and composition do not hold this term up as valid, and I am sorry I ever
used it, myself, because it probably (and inadvertently) made moms feel
that there was something wrong with their milk, when in fact, what was
wrong was that I was ignorant of the truth).... I'd recommend Dr.
Hartmann's work to anyone who is interested in this subject, as he is
fascinating. Keep up posted.
