Greetings to all!

Requests for roommates have begun to trickle for the 2001 SHA meeting.
The January meeting on historical and underwater archaeology is in
Long Beach, California. If any listeros are considering attending,
but in need of roommates or someone to share your car ride, you have
two options. Option A- log on to About.com and leave a message.
Point your web browser to
<http://www.delphi.com/ab-archaeology/messages/?msg=309.1> and leave a
request. Kris has generously agreed to host this service on the
archaeology pages of About.com. You will need to join About.com to
use the service. Option B- send me an OFF LIST email and I will do my
best to hook you up with a roommate, someone to share your drive, or
whatever. Let me know your preference for gender and smoking, and I
will do my best. I am about to become mid-move between Salt Lake
City, Utah, and Columbia, Missouri, so you might want to try Option A
first.

As I have recently demonstrated in an eloquent manner, DO NOT JUST HIT
YOUR REPLY BUTTON AND MAIL YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO THE ENTIRE HISTARCH
LIST.

Cheers,
Tim
