I would certainly be curious about this mom's diet and wonder if it would
play a role, if indeed the exclusive bf was protective. This is definately
worthy of some attention, but so few mothers really do exclusively bf. I have
known quite a few exclusively bf moms whose babies had thrush, but the more
useful question is the one you pose--of those w/o thrush whose mothers are
infected themselves or who were exposed to antibiotics, which babies did not
get thrush?
