I would like to submit you a case I never came across before. A full term, healthy one month old infant attaches onto nipples holding both lips inward. Baby has a small micrognatia, but is otherwise fine. Mom's nipples are sore, and mom has to stretch baby's lips outward to nurse comfortably. The infant is growing well. Does anybody have any suggestion to correct the situation?
