I am certain that Winnie has mom nurse first, as you said, *but* I am also
glad you mention it. As in my rant last week, most HCP's in my area would not
know how to evaluate the baby at the breast. They are not even thinking of
pumping, either. They immediately have the mother or dad feed 2oz or more of
AIM. You all know the psychological damage that message gives to the
family--AIM to the rescue!!! Then I am left to convince them that they should
be pumping *if* they need to supplement and in light of the visit with the
ped that seems unecessary, like too much work, fanantical, etc.
