I checked Riodan and Lawrence and the archives without really answering my
question. I have a client, still in her first trimester of pregnancy with a
history of excess excretion of androgen. She had been medicated for this,
she couldn't remember what with but stopped taking the medication when the
issue of excess facial hair cleared up. She has had some early breast
changes, tenderness with this, her first pregnancy. From the archives, it
does seem like this may be an issue with milk production and I would like to
be able to adress this now, to see if there is anything we can do
proactively without setting the client up for failure.
Thanks for any resources and information.
