I am working with a brand new mom and baby, and mom had a breast reduction a
few years ago.  Baby is latching on and getting some colostrum (2 days old),
so we are hopeful.  Mom works for the state department in Maurititus, which
is off the coast of Madagascar.  She will be traveling back there soon, and
I would like to have someone she can call there as soon as she arrives.
