Funny you ask this, because just today I heard from a mom who was
recommended fenugreek for a cough. She was taking it, but it was
exascerbating her already problematic oversupply. I have about 8 herbal
references here, and none of them mention fenugreek in relation to (ugh!
what's the word I'm looking for??) lungs/breathing/etc. One reference does
say it's mucilagenous, so I would think that, if anything, it would improve
asthma symptoms.
